Our Office

Healthcare is an investment, and we strive to inform you of the cost of services at the time of visit. We do collect patient-owed out of pocket amounts (deductible, copay, coinsurance or items purchased at the office) at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.  Do not let the cost of care prevent you from coming in and getting an evaluation! We are happy to discuss your options with you to work with you to develop the best plan of care.
